Dining
The dining experience is one of the most important aspects of life at Royal Oaks. Our philosophy is to provide nutritious, healthy, flavorful food in an elegant environment that is conducive to stimulating appetites and conversation. We understand that socializing with friends over a delicious meal can be the highlight of the day for many people. We truly care about your dining experience, whether you reside in independent living, assisted living, or the health care center.
In November 2009, we added several new dining options to our campus. Our central dining room, The Oak Room, offers elegant dining with dozens of choices, along with a carving station and full salad bar. Adjacent to The Oak Room are private dining options for special parties and family functions. Our residents are especially enjoying the casual fare in our new Grille, open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., where conversation flows abundantly. Take-out food, a marketplace, and a coffee bar are also amenities enjoyed by our residents and their guests.
Dining Hours and Menus
Lunch and dinner are served continuously in The Oak Room from 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Continuous dining allows you to decide when you would like to eat each day, and seating is open so you can dine alone or in the company of friends; it is always your choice. Our friendship tables encourage the making of new friends.
The menu changes daily, with a minimum of eight different entrée selections each day. Special menus are prepared for holidays. In fact, you may bring your friends because this is your home! Your friends and family are always welcome at Royal Oaks.
