Lifecare is a unique long term care insurance contract that guarantees comprehensive amenities plus priority access to long term care and assisted living without an increase in your monthly service fee. It's a pay-one-price concept for a controlled cost. The only prerequisite to entering into a Lifecare contract is the ability to live independently when you move into Royal Oaks. Residents pay a one-time entrance fee and a monthly service fee based on the square footage of the living unit they select. Currently, there are 21 different floor plans to choose from! Whether you choose the smallest or the largest, all amenities are available to you.
