Senior Wellness Options at Royal Oaks
We promote senior health and wellness through a variety of fitness programs in our Evergreen Fitness Center and Spa. Strength training, bone building, and gait/balance maintenance through exercise in and out of water are popular options for our active residents looking to maintain a high level of senior wellness. Our resistance walking pool and our lap pool are particularly refreshing choices to get in daily exercise. WII® Fitness programs like bowling, golf, and tennis also keep our residents full of life while providing a bit of competition! When it's time to cool down, our tranquility rooms are a lovely place to rest before a relaxing massage.
Onsite Senior Health Care Services
Our drop-in Wellness Center is a bustling place since our nurses encourage residents to have regular health assessments to decrease physician visits and save residents the co-pay. The Center also does annual immunizations and disease/medication education, along with certain clinical procedures like routine ear washes. These senior health care services are free to all residents.
Additionally, we are pleased to have partnered with several health providers right here on our campus for the convenience of our residents.
Summit Healthcare provides PT/OT and hospice services.
