On the 50+ acres of Royal Oaks Retirement Community are more than 600 residents who enjoy multiple restaurants, fitness classes, two swimming pools, an abundance of lifelong learning programs, volunteer opportunities, and the peace of mind knowing that all levels of living, regardless of health needs, can be handled on this campus. In addition, for the convenience of the residents, several health professionals have offices on campus.
Dr. Russell Cyphers is the new dentist in our on-site dental clinic run by Midwestern University. Dr. Cyphers obtained his D.D.S. dental degree from Loma Linda University in 1986. He entered private practice in Phoenix where he maintained his general practice until December 2010. In 2010 he was offered a faculty position at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, where he has been teaching since January 2011. After 8 years on the Glendale campus, Dr. Cyphers accepted an opportunity to manage the clinic at Royal Oaks, where he supervises senior dental students in their delivery of general dental care to Royal Oaks residents, employees, family, and friends. The dental clinic is on the 2nd floor of the Illingworth Center.
Dr. Blair W. Copp is a nationally board-certified chiropractic physician and uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness of our residents. He graduated with honors from Western States College Of Chiropractic in 2003. His office is in our Evergreen Fitness Center and Spa.

Dermatology: Dr. Betty Hinderks Davis is a nationally recognized board-certified dermatologist and a fellowship trained Mohs Surgeon who has practiced in the greater Phoenix area since 2005. She has advanced the field of Dermatology and Mohs Surgery through her numerous scientific and educational contributions. While an expert in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, she is passionate about skin cancer prevention and early detection as well as working in conjunction with her patients to achieve optimal skin health.
Primary Care Physician: Dr. Omid Dilmaghanian has a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Wyoming, a Masters in Health Service Administration at the College of Maine, and is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. D worked as a staff physician at Cheyenne VA Emergency Department and Cheyenne Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic for over ten years. He was also a Chief resident at the University of Wyoming.
Primary Care Physician: After receiving his medical degree at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur University, Dr. Ashish Sachdeva, MD, completed his residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, IL in 2000, and his fellowship in Geriatrics at Indiana University Hospitals, in Indianapolis, IN in 2001. His specialties include Geriatric and Internal Medicine. Dr. Sachdeva is affiliated with Banner Boswell Medical Center and can follow his patients in the hospital.

Optometrist: Dr. Paul Kanter is an Optometric Physician with over 30 years of experience. His passion lies in patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, care plans and the importance of follow-up care. Dr. Kanter graduated from Michigan State University and the Illinois College of Optometry.
Audiologist: Dr. Brianne Fink earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2014. She is originally from Michigan where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and a minor in American Sign Language from Central Michigan University in 2010. Dr. Fink strives to provide hearing care services with a caring demeanor and is passionate about education and advocacy of audiological care.
Podiatrist: Dr. Arthur Seidner attended The California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California and served his surgical residency in Phoenix. He has been in private practice since 1976 in Phoenix and in the Sun City/Youngtown area. He is now devoting his practice time to working for OneSource Senior Healthcare in order to serve the Independent and assisted living communities.
