As with any complex construction project, there’s a lot of work to be done before dirt even starts moving. You don’t just show up on site one day and say “Hey, let’s dig a hole here!” and wing the rest of it. Inspirata Pointe at Royal Oaks is no exception. Since the project was announced last year, much has been going on behind the scenes. Concept ideas, architectural drawings, financial and marketing plans and countless meetings, phone calls and emails have all helped make progress toward different project milestones.
This summer a few more milestones are happening. The biggest will be the kick-off of a series of seminars designed to educate prospective residents on Royal Oaks and show how our new neighborhood, Inspirata Pointe, will be the premier place to live in the West Valley.
In addition, those who attend these seminars will be able to sign up for Inspirata Pointe’s Pointe Club. The Pointe Club allows you to be among the first in line to reserve a specific independent living residence at Inspirata Pointe at Royal Oaks. Pointe Club members who opt to reserve a residence will also receive a number of money-saving Charter Benefits.
