It takes a Village to Design and Build a Neighborhood

When the plan was conceived nearly two years ago to add a new neighborhood to the Royal Oaks campus, now known as Inspirata Pointe, the excitement started, and the project took on a life of its own. We had added buildings and even a cul-de-sac of patio homes in years’ past but Inspirata Pointe would be huge and include not only deluxe residential living on the west end of the campus but a new care center on the east end. Where to start?

Step 1 – Get expert advice. Greystone Communities, the recognized leader in helping Life Plan Communities expand, was hired to lead us down the path and help us get the ducks in a row.

Step 2 – Pick the architect. After seeing the senior housing designs of many architectural firms, Perkins Eastman was chosen as this very important partner.
