Our Laurel apartment–#3204—may not be Royal Oaks’ largest residence, but it is certainly big in character.
Dubbed “The Penthouse” by the 14 residents living there, the 3rd floor of The Illingworth Center houses only three unique floor plans and the Laurel is one of them. This floor plan is perfect for couples who like to keep private bedroom spaces and also ideal for a single lady or gentleman who likes a little more room to call their own. In fact, one of the bedrooms makes a perfect media area, keeping the living room free for socializing without a TV in sight.
This two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has new wood floors throughout. When you leave the air-conditioned hallway and enter through your front door, the 23′ X 12′ living/dining room that greets you feels spacious, thanks in part to the 9-foot ceilings. The two master bedroom suites are separated by the common living spaces; and the separate laundry room, complete with a new washer/dryer, could be re-purposed into a hobby space, too.

Join in a dance party, listen to a lecture, play Hand-and-Foot, or fuel your inner artist in The Gallery, where lots of creative magic is brought to life.
