Last month, Royal Oaks introduced three new contract types. The popular Type A nonrefundable contract is still available, too.
The four options now include:
- Our standard and most popular: Type A lifecare; nonrefundable (lower entrance fee and lower monthly fee)
- Type A 50% refundable (higher entrance fee and higher monthly fee than Type A nonrefundable); your heirs will receive 50% of the entrance fee back.
- Type A 90% refundable (higher entrance fee than the 50% refundable and higher monthly fee than Type A nonrefundable); your heirs will receive 90% of the entrance fee back.
- Type B 90% refundable; excellent for those with Long Term Care Insurance or those with the resources to pay for higher levels of care. Lower entrance fee.
