Dubbed “The Penthouse” by the 14 residents living there, the 3rd floor of The Illingworth Center houses only three unique floor plans and the Laurel apartment is one of them. Join in a dance party, listen to a lecture, play Hand-and-Foot, or fuel your inner artist in The Gallery, where lots of creative magic is brought to life.
Of course, in addition to a no-maintenance lifestyle in beautiful surroundings, a primary reason people move to a Type A Life Plan Community (also known as CCRCs) is the security knowing you will not need to relocate and your monthly service package won’t increase if you need a higher level of living.
